Clover Go Mobile Card Reader

We introduced Clover Go, a Wi-Fi and tap-enabled mobile card reader that enhances the on-site donor experience and simplifies check-in and checkout. Fully secured and compliant, with no card information stored.

Events Salesforce Connector

The Salesforce Connector is now available in both Events and Fundraise. Data syncing from GiveSmart to Salesforce eliminates manual processes, reduces errors, and gives staff faster access to up-to-date information — while supporters benefit from more personalized engagement across every touchpoint.

Security & Fraud Prevention Enhancements

In 2025, we introduced the Fraud Prevention Card Tracker, which automatically logs declined transactions and blocks cards that experience five or more failures within seven days — without storing card numbers. We also launched SMS One-Time Passcode (OTP) authentication to verify donor identity, plus new AVS and CVV checks on payment forms, so organizations can fundraise with confidence, and donors can give with peace of mind.

Donor Portal

Donors now have self-service access to their complete donation history in Fundraise. They can view historic receipts, generate transaction receipts, and download end-of-year tax receipts on demand — no need to contact your team. Access is available from donor receipts and payment forms, secured via email-based MFA.

Smarter Data Management

A series of Donor CRM enhancements reduces manual work and keeps data clean. The new Data Mapping Tool lets you select fields, preview mappings, and save reusable templates. Quick Gift Entry Templates pre-fill common fields to speed up gift recording. We also improved the Data Import Review, added Admin Notifications for import failures and anonymous transactions, and introduced Thank You Letter Page Breaks for more polished communications.

Admin Daily Checklist & Step-by-Step Guides

New in-app checklists and guided walkthroughs help Donor CRM admins know exactly what to do, right where they're working. The daily checklist surfaces actionable tips from day one, while step-by-step guides deliver in-the-moment training with short videos across Contacts, Gifts, Communication, and Reporting.

Streamlined Self Check-In Improvements

We improved Self Check-In by requiring a valid credit card on file, reducing on-site card swiping, and making the process faster and more secure, so guests spend less time in line and more time engaged with your mission.
